Introduction

This week, our task is to do land clearing at stingless bee plot. our task was be our routine every time we had a fieldwork session. So we use the same tools like before this to perfom our task which is clearing at stingless bee plot.

Objective:

- Land clearing allows farmers to expand the area available for planting crops. By removing trees, shrubs, and other vegetation, farmers can create more space for planting and harvesting.

- Clearing land helps to reduce the habitat for weeds and pests that can compete with crops for nutrients and water, reducing potential crop losses.

- Removing unwanted vegetation and organic matter can improve soil quality by allowing for better nutrient uptake and water retention, which are crucial for healthy crop growth.
