  WEEK 7   (Mulching) Name : Muhammad Naim Bin Azman Student ID : 2023188935  Introduction   This week, our class make a mulching to the plant that we transplant at planting bed. The mulching is very important to the plant that sapling. The purpose of of mulching is protect the plant from direct sunlight and rain, limit water loss from soil, water loss from the soil surface and maintaining soil moisture. Moreover, the mulching was teaching by the supervision of the staff of the farm management unit, Mr. Naim. He teach how to make the mulching, benefits of mulching, and time length for mulching must have at sapling. The time length sapling need the mulching is 3-4 days after transplant. Therefore, sapling need the mulching until the the plant was grow up and the roots was strong.  CHALLENGE Challenge for this week is we must be careful because we using a machete and scissor to cut the palm leaves to do the mulching. WEEK 6 (Transplant)   Name : Muhammad Naim Bin Azman Student ID : 2023188935    Introduction      On this week, we do a many task for our project.  We do a transplanting, loose soil, drainage and main drainage. Firstly, we do drainage and main drainage. This is for the water flow at planting bed runs smoothly and does not stagnate. Furthermore, before we transplanting, we do the loose soil. The purpose of loose soil is    plants thrive in loose soil because air and water can circulate better, and soil life remains healthy .  Next, we do a transplanting. Before we transplant the plant to planting bed, we sow the seedling on the tray. After a few days later, the plant was grow up. And after that we transplant the plant to the planting bed. We do this because we don't want the plant to shock with environment.  CHALLENGE Challenge for this week is we need to work hard and collar more energy to do drainage and main drainage. This is bec...
